Get back to your documents

Startly is where you send your broker the documents for your mortgage, privately.

  1. Find the newest email from your broker. It comes from “your broker's name, through Startly”, with a subject like “… is asking for documents” or “A reminder about your mortgage documents”. If they text you, use their newest text.
  2. Tap “Open your private link”.
  3. We'll email you a short code to confirm it's you.

Each new email or text replaces the earlier links, so always use the newest one.

Can't find it? Check your junk or spam folder, or ask your broker to send you a new link.
